Building on Bond

In honor of a weekend full of brunches, here's a favorite neighborhood brunch menu of mine, at Building on Bond.


Though sometimes crammed with strollers, this place has plenty of window seats and banquettes and big refills on Stumptown coffee, all of which I request in a good brunch spot. And they've got a straightforward food selection, nothing too fancy or pricey and everything has at least one ingredient that makes you go, "oh, maybe I want that!" Like, "oh, salmon" or "oh, mushrooms" or "oh, thanksgiving dinner!" I like the way their liquids are ordered in terms of alcoholicity, too.
