The Breslin

We tried to go here on a Wednesday night at 6:30 and it was packed to the gills. Same sitch with the Spotted Pig last weekend- 3 hour waits galore. Oh, April, why did you have to go and be everyone's favorite gal?

So, I didn't actually eat here, but if I did, I would order the Chicken Liver Parfait with Madiera Jelly, the Miticrema bruschetta with chargrilled greens and speck, definitely the Sweetbreads and hopefully the Pig foot for 2. That's what I like about perusing and ordering fantasy-meals. It's not as satisfying as eating, but at least I'm not as uncomfortably full as I would be were I to actually take down all that animal byproduct.
