Kafer Weis'n

We went to Oktoberfest, and it was great.
The menus were great. I wanted to take them all, but this one at Kafer Weis'n, a classy wooden tent/restaurant stood out as particularly beautiful. It is a huge matte menu, with a lovely illustrated cover. So many items inside required thorough decoding, a nearly impossible feat after drinking a litre or 3 of Spaten. Instead, we had our friendly waiter translate for us some of the curiouiser dishes (to be forgotten after the next litre). In the end, we went with the Kasenspaetzel- cheese spaetzel (see what I mean about the decoding- easy when sober). And then when that was gone, we got another bowl of the same. Not too daring a choice, but after yesterday's weisswurst, we decided we should just stick with a winner.
