Itsu

I would be excited if Itsu came to the States. This Pinkberry-esque Asian chain serves noodles and sushi alongside frozen and normal yogurt and claims detox properties for its soups. While it would be nicer if the prices in dollars were equivalent to those in pounds, it's highly doubtful that it would be a sustainable enterprise at that level of affordability.

The menu itself is somewhat self-congratulatory, with the backside of the butterfly devoted to the story of Itsu and its bold mission to change the face of healthy food. In contrast to the Wagamama chains, the Itsu menu is basic and has limited descriptions, but often, that's what you're looking for in fast food. The little butterflies are kitschy but unique, especially considering the vast number of paper menus I've been finding recently.
