Brucie

They make Hand-cut Parpadelle feel super casual.
Can't go wrong with a cute little paper menu (4x6? I don't have a ruler) with cute little fancy Brooklyn food.  This is a local spot, we don't need you to sell us on your Burrata with complicated descriptions.  Just put it in a recycled paper bag with corn utensils when I call in my order for a Wednesday night dinner.
But seriously, this place is new and people love it because it doesn't feel new.  It's all, whatevs, have some Soup and a Salami Sandwich (but you still live in Brooklyn).
