The Whiskey Brooklyn

Another in the series of Brooklyn-based borough-titled cocktail menus: The Whiskey Brooklyn has a more down-home feel, with a menu starring fried snacks and amusement park staples. We wandered into the underground space after rejecting the line for the Brooklyn Brewery- and instead of beer, we were treated to a local whiskey: Tom Lawless. They have a fair selection of whiskey drinks and quality food, but this is more of a winter comfort bar than a hangout for a late summer's day.
I need to come back to try a spicy pickleback, though the Lawless made me crazy for the rest of the evening.
