I wish it were the future, because then, instead of writing text to accompany this menu, I would have the technology to have you hear that ethereal sound of God beaming down on you when you saw this. You know the sound. That's what the things on this menu tasted like, and that's the sound that confounded me while I tried to choose from among April's May menu offerings... J, L and I shared the roquefort burger, the grilled lamb's heart (special), ricotta gnudi, prosciutto tart, warm pancetta and the ramp champs- which turned out to be the champions of all mashed potatoes, slathered in ramp butter- and ended with a slice of rhubarb pie. The bike ride back to BK helped, but we felt like piglets.
