Dirt Candy

I was a little at risk of having a Brooklyn-heavy rotation of menus, so I present to you: the simple veggie stylings of Dirt Candy. Their vegetarian comfort food is small plates of just what you'd hope for in couture East Village fare- pretty little portions and super special accompaniments. I want to go back to just have a bowl of the maple butter that came with the jalapeno hush puppies. I do believe this is a menu that will change seasonally, since the chef-owner seems impassioned with the growings of the ground... I can't imagine she would ignore the seasons.
