Chinatown Ice Cream Factory

On a chilly Saturday in February, M & I made a morning of Chinatown's best. We got reflexology in some dark, loud little shop, then they directed us to dim sum around the corner. We searched and searched for the restaurant that we obviously hadn't heard correct directions for, and eventually we were down on Bayard, right by the ice cream factory. No sense in missing an opportunity, even if we hadn't had breakfast yet.

You kind of have to go with one of the more unique flavors, which, according to the menu, are the Regular Flavors. My instinct was to go for avocado or wasabi, but after my Milk Bar debacle with their creamed corn and barbeque sauce soft-serve, we went with Black Sesame. After we tasted it, I realized this was the same flavor I got last time I was here. Some things never change.
