I can't believe it's been a year since I first visited The Good Fork and admired their Nouveau Brooklyn menu. Korean steak and eggs alongside quinoa and homemade gnocchi, with a promise to utilize organic produce.
The backside of the menu features lovely classic cocktails and Asian-inspired concoctions, but the restaurant itself is anything but kitsch fusion. A simple, sweet menu and a charming space that rewards the trek to Red Hook. I'll be going back this weekend to see what has changed.
