L' homme tranquille

This charming little local joint in Montmarte is one spot where I'd like a do-over. The gregarious waiter translated everything for us, which we promptly forgot or misunderstood. From their photocopied paper menu, I chose the terrine d'oie and plat du jour, which were "good" and "off," respectively- and there are very few food items I don't like. I ate half of my -offal sausage?- before deciding it really wasn't edible, and I wished I had gone with the "poulet aut miel" instead, if only because you can't go wrong with chicken in Paris.

The mousse glacee au chocolat with whisky was my favorite sweet dish of the trip- this, along with a bottle of vin rouge du maison, got me extremely tippy.
