Erroneous Menus

Often my favorite types of menus are the poorly written, badly translated or grammatically unchecked. These types of food listings provide endless wonderment to the discerning (read: condescending) restaurant patron.

Better, still, are those ambitious menus that spell out a mission statement that are not so much lacking in accuracy as in common sense. Olympia Coffee House promised "No Branch" and later emphasized their "height's of Success" with boundless apostrophes.

The joke was on us, however, when we found their "Combined tradition and home made food" to be unrivaled in the form of roti.
